The TrustData Standard
TrustData operates a private technical verification standard. TrustData Verified means the displayed controls passed for the stated scope and evidence dates. It is not a GDPR, government, legal, SOC 2, or ISO certification, and does not guarantee that a security incident cannot occur.
Subscriptions and verification
The initial private audit and remediation workspace may be used without payment. Subscription fees activate publication, the dynamic badge, and continuous monitoring. Payment does not purchase, guarantee, or alter a technical verification result.
Company responsibilities
Companies must provide accurate declarations, maintain authorized evidence connections, respond to material changes, and use the badge only while the dynamic TrustData status is active.
Visitor access
Company identity, current status, control matrix, evidence origin, scope, and observation dates may be browsed publicly. Detailed conclusions, history, and recommendations require a free visitor account and may not be republished to misrepresent a verification’s scope or currency.
Suspension and expiration
TrustData may suspend verification following a confirmed critical issue, fraud signal, or compromise. Verification may expire when required evidence remains disconnected beyond the defined grace period. Any operator suspension requires a public reason and immutable audit event.
Acceptable use
Users may not abuse public request actions, misrepresent a status, attempt unauthorized testing, or submit evidence they are not authorized to provide.
